Always fast, always fresh, always polite. I mean, what can I say? It's Chick-fil-A. I don't know how they do it, but I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my meal from start to finish in the drive-thru. Their food is great and the service is great. On a company-wide note, I'm really glad to hear that the company has recently started to move in the right direction by hiring a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion team. I hope this will open many doors to teach their employees and franchisees about tolerance, acceptance, and equality - for all people. ️
I want to start by saying I love Chik Fila. I only order 2 things always, so I asked for a spicy deluxe meal and was rang up for a spicy sandwich and that's ok mistakes happen. It's my fault for not asking her to review the order (which every Chick -Fil-a I've gone to has done)...when I went to the front and advised the cashier of this she took my sandwich to the back where I couldn't see her and I guess slapped a wilted piece of lettuce and 2 tiny tomatoes on the chicken. The fries were half filled and not hot. To top it off this establishment wasn't clean which of course I didn't notice until I sat down to eat my food. Then an associate was moping the area by the bathrooms as ppl were eating their meals! I was concerned for an elderly couple, she slopped the mop right next to their table. The water was dirty and smelled. I'm sorry to give Chick- Fil-a a bad review. I should have known better when I only saw 3 families eating inside and the drive through was empty on a Friday.
Tonight is the first time I can say I had a bad experience at CFA . I literally only ordered a side salad and there was no cheese on it when I checked my order, I asked for cheese and the manager must have been in a mood bc he went a grabbed a smallest pinch and dropped it on top as I watched him and handed me my salad back with maybe 5 sheds of cheese . I didn’t say anything but I will not be buying from this CFA again . I payed $5 for just lettuce and his attitude.
