Chick-fil-A is always a five-star for me

***update one thing this place has for sure is that fact that they consistently drop the ball…even after not visiting for a while. To come back and still be disappointed ‍♀️ yall still under cook the food. I’m not coming back! Yall suck! Shouldn’t yall make sure the bread is cooked before putting raw uncooked dough on my chicken! update a pic so yall can see yall are messing up! What’s the rush when we’re waiting for a while and still getting undercooked food! I’m sending the health department over cause at this point! Been coming here for a while and the food quality lately has been trashed how we go from having a full container to 1/2 full all of a sudden! Can’t wait til bojangles opens so we don’t HAVE to deal with their 1/2 effort for our food. Y’all need to check up on your workers cause they are not keeping up with your standards you complain nothing changes! Are you not feeding your employees so they have to take from the food we paid for also IM a RED member which means nothing lol I waste my money here but not for long

I had a terrible experience at this place. Despite requesting no chicken, they served me a dish with chicken in it! When I called to address the mistake, they responded by saying, "Bring the food back, and we'll check if there was an error." Can you believe it? After driving 15 minutes to return it! I won't be going back to this location, and maybe not to this franchise at all.

My coworkers and I went there and was greeted with so much enthusiasm by the lady there with the short red hair. She was super friendly. Entire transaction was an amazing experience.

It’s pretty common to get consistent food quality from Chickfilas… BUT today’s courteous assistance from Calvert was SUPERB!!! Thank you!

Went thru the drive thru yesterday for lunch. Got a 4 piece strips and a drink. Got food poisoning. Been up all night. Diarrhea,chills one minute sweating the next. Vomiting. Don't recommend. Food was Cold.
