Chick-fil-A

My first Chick-fil-A experience. I honestly do not see what all the hype is about. Food is mediocre at best and pricey. I've had better chicken sandwiches elsewhere. Friendly and welcoming staff there though. Good if you're hungry, in a pinch, and options are limited.

This place used to be busy, but tonight, it was dead. That was red flag #1. My sandwich and fries were warm, not hot. Employee who took my order didn’t look too happy to be there. Witnessed various customers come inside to complain about their order being wrong. I’d rather go to burleson CFA.

Kitchen did very good job, food was crispy and fresh. Only upset that they didn’t get me my brownie, I’ve been trying to complain on the CFA app and website but just didn’t work. I used my points to get a free brownie and I get if they just didn’t have any- I’m fine with that but I just want help getting my points back.

Customer service is horrible so I normally go to this location because it’s close to my house. So I don’t appreciate when a supposed to be manager (LAURA) gives attitude when I ask for Chick-fil-a sauce. I stated “I’m willing to pay for it” and was offered 8oz but I don’t need that much. I sated again “I can pay for it “and she raíces her voice and states” there is no button to charge me for an individual only 8oz! “Either y’all train managers to be more nice about this situation or make a button to sell individual Chick-fil-A sauce.In occasions they have messed up my order. So I have decided I’m going to drive to where in not given an attitude for a sauce and made faces at.

These restaurants have different owners, so this is the only location that has poor service from some, not all of the employees. Some are exceptional vut unfortunately the 1 or 2 who aren't can make it bad for the rest. I'm not sure if this is all locations, but this one no longer has the cookie warmer either.

Nuggets were greasy. The person that took our order did not listen to what I wanted on my sandwich. Gave me the wrong sauce too. This was the last time we will eat here.

Only this location makes a big deal about the avacado dressing “Only salads”
