Let me start off by saying, I am an employee of Sodexo, the company that manages this Chic-Fil-A. THIS IS NOT THE WEST SIDE CFA. This is a CFA Express located on the first floor of UC West @ USI. With that out of the way, this CFA is pretty much the same as what you'd find in an airport or at another college campus. No shakes, just cookies. The team over at CFA is pretty shorthanded, but they make the best of what they have. Food is alright, just like every other CFA in existence. My one gripe is with Sodexo's ValidFill system, which limits when and how many refills you can get on your drinks.

Staff is super friendly, food is really good. Beats eating a bologna sandwich in my apartment, that’s for sure.

Drive through is SLOW. I had to wait 10 minutes just to get in line. Then another 20 waiting for my food. And I mobile ordered! Missing sauce, & straw & spoon
