I love cfa but this one specifically never adds the sauces I ask for & food is always cold .

I love how this location chops up the chicken for the bowls and breakfast burritos . Also, the lovely ladies at the drive-thru window provided excellent customer service! Thank you for making my breakfast great! Keep up the great work!

Great food and experience as always!

I’m very upset on the level of service I received tonight. I am in the process of moving so we have been coming to this Chick-fil-A more often within the last few weeks. I have learned to check my bag before leaving the drive thru. The last few times I go home and find I’m missing items and when I call they make it right by putting me in their “ Red book”. Tonight I had a young lady take my order and I had to repeat myself at least three times while ordering. When I got to the window and received my food. I checked and I was missing my medium fries and Mac n cheese for my daughter’s kid meal. I mentioned it to the workers and they tried to charge me another fry because it “wasn’t” on my order. I had to point out on my receipt and bag that a medium fries was ordered. I didn’t like the attitude the cashier was giving us about the mistake I pointed out. I paid for the Mac n cheese for my daughter’s meal. I get home and find they gave me ranch instead of the avocado lime ranch I ordered. It ruined my experience from going there again. I’m over having to correct their employees and their oversight.
