Chick-fil-A

The staff are terrific. My only dig is that the fries are almost always limp and soggy. I don’t know this is a problem with the location either, because I’ve experienced it elsewhere. 10 years ago CFA had golden fries of perfection, and since then there has been a steady decline in quality.

The service at this location is inconsistent but the food is always good. A female staff at the window and one outside have putrid attitudes refusing to just be normal and polite or even take your order. I've never seen anything like this at ChickfilA before and I drive all the way over to the one on the loop now. If there were condiments without high fructose corn syrup or any other poison I'd greatly appreciate it so I don't have to go sauce-less each time.

Great place to sit in and not have to worry about parking (like 288s location). Fast and friendly staff all around and never have had a bad experience in the last 5 years of going

The lines were ridiculously long and the food WAS NOT HOT!! The poor guy that had to be outside in 23° weather, y'all should be thankful for workers like him. The rest sucks.

I never take the time to right reviews, but this Chick-fil-A has made me hate the whole brand. I have been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for years, but this location never ceases to surprise me with how terrible they can get. They are never prepared and they always get worse every visit. They never fill up the fries, they don’t serve the Mac and cheese all day, and when I went for breakfast they barely had any. They always have excuses. Terrible establishment and they are an embarrassment to the Chick-fil-A brand, will no longer be spending my hard earned money at this location.
