Chick-fil-A

My wife and I placed an online order. She ordered grilled southwest salad and I ordered 4 chicken strips with honey mustard. What we got is an ice cold grilled southwest salad, a box of chicken nuggets and no sauce. The funny thing is that the ticket was right. The not so funny is the lack of customer service, the lack of caring, the lack in making sure the customer gets what was ordered. If your employees can not follow directions or actually take the time to read...which most of us can do by age 5, then they so not deserve to be employees. Is this because the corporation doesn't care or is it because the local establishment don't care? While my wife has enjoyed chick-fil-a, I can honestly say that I have not and I know the loss of one or two customers isn't gonna hurt the bottom line, maybe, just maybe when you add all the customers up it will hurt the bottom line...

Wow. Went in circles at first. And around it three times before I realized I have to stay to the left. Not marked very well. And after I go around three times finally get my order in and ask for a small cone. So small cone I got yeah and I mean really small I asked why it was so small and the young girl said it's because we weigh it now so that the customer doesn't have ice cream that melts. So I asked if they were rationing and that's exactly what they're doing so I asked what they were asking my money give me half back she said no. We're getting robbed.

Always clean restrooms and good food, Mac & cheese is really good,however the fruit cups are really small and not full, they have apple, mandarin oranges, blueberries and strawberries mostly apple & blueberries, I definitely prefer IHOP fruit cups, better kinds of fruit in there's and a lot bigger cups, waffle fries are big but tasteless, salads here are good and fresh. Parking: They definitely need better and bigger parking. Drive thru goes completely around the building and keeps two lines on cars, which makes it hard to go inside without walking between vehicles bc both entrances are blocked by vehicles. Chick fil A has always been a good choice

Just never have had a bad experience here or an order wrong etc. Staff is always attentive and courteous. Reasonable price for quality and portion size.

Excellent. Every time I go. This is the one place I can count on to consistently make good food every visit.
