Every time I use the mobile app and order ahead, I end up sitting in line longer than if I had just shown up and ordered in the drive thru. I have mentioned to the drive thru people multiple times that it’s odd that the mobile ordering seems to break the kitchen. Even though the employees are apologetic, it doesn’t resolve the fact that the kitchen staff seems incapable of doing both in person orders as well as the mobile app orders in a timely manner
So, the speed of service here has been bad for a long time. I have sent a letter with no response to chic fil a a couple of times. I can’t remember the last time my order was correct but this location is very convenient to my house and to feed my kids, however it lacks so much. Please do better for our neighborhood and the families you serve.
This is the worst chick fil a. Always missing something from my order- order ahead is never ready and you’re lucky if you even get acknowledged.
Lazy, they make you mix your own coffee. I wouldn’t buy it “to go” if I wanted to drive down the road mixing it..
