There was mixup in my order they gave me shakes instead of cookies. So when I tell them I didn't order that, they asked me if I wanted a refund, but I didn't want to go through trouble since I paid with my card and guys were nice so I said it was fine but I was confused, and realized he put shakes instead of cookies. They had me pull up and told me that the manager said I needed to pay for cookies and they would refund shakes, but now my fries are getting cold, and I promised my son cookies plus shakes were in my car. Mistakes happen, so it's not a big deal unless employees are under poor management.
Food was good as most. Had the Chicken wrap this time with Avocado dressing
Bathrooms were clean-ish. Love that they have regular paper towels and good soap. Also there are seat covers as well. Food is okay.
This location is very inconsistent. They always forget something and customer service varies depends on the day.
Maybe it was a bad day for everyone but the atmosphere and service was aloof for lack of better words.
Seriously, when did Chick-Fil-A’s customer service go down hill? I had an unfortunate encounter at the pickup stand (with a petite dark skinned AA girl with chunky clearish glasses)…my only mistake was that I asked for a different drink because the drink provided tasted flat…you would think I asked for her kidney! And sadly, it wasn’t even a hectic time of the day so I don’t know why she thought it was okay to act as if I inconvenienced her. I will NEVER visit this location again…do better, Chick-Fil-A!!
