Hadn't been to Chick-fil-A in a while, and there is a reason for this. Nothing special, and they use peanut oil and canola oil for the fries. Service was good, and the food court is what it is.
There is no breakfast at this location; I learned the hard way. In the app, even after choosing this location, it indicates at the top that “breakfast ends at 10:30.” Despite not being able to see breakfast items on the menu, I didn’t think that this meant that breakfast was not served, but just that it was not available for ordering in advance (on another note, curbside delivery is an option in the app, but the restaurant is located in the cafe center, so I cannot imagine this being a real option). For this reason, I have to deduct a star for this location. It’s all love, though, Chic Fil A.
The only reason I’m writing this review is so you guys can get better not to intentionally be negative. I had my second sausage, egg and cheese biscuit at a different location but this one here was the worst you guys need to go out and get a better sausage patty I know that you’re a chicken place I get it but go to McDonald’s and get their sausage, find out who the vendors are providers and make a change to have two sandwiches with sausage that was tough is unacceptable. You guys have to do better, so hopefully this review moves up the chain to your corporate buyer and helps once that’s done reach out to me and I’ll be back, but for now we lost a breakfast customer
Excellent service with excellent food.
I have come to this location in the past and the service, food and atmosphere has been great. Tonight the food was still great, but the service poor and the atmosphere in the outdoor dining area filthy. Two people approached us at different times within 5 minutes of each other to inform us that the dining room was closed and we could go outside if we wanted to finish our food while we were eating and interrupted our meal twice! When we came in we should have been told the dining room would be closing soon and we would have sat outside in the first place. To tell us twice to go outside and finish eating while we are trying to eat is just rude! The gentleman who approached us on the second time said it says it on the door and online. Online it says the opposite and when I told him and told him we didn't read it on the door, he argued and said it does say it online. You need to correct your hours online! I feel a place that closes on Sunday should have more respect and consideration for their customers and making sure their employees show the same respect and consideration to their customers!
Worst chicken sandwich ever Cold cheese not melted lettuce wilted
Most incompetent group of workers I have ever witnessed. The manager has no customer service experience. Sad to see a well know franchise to run this way.
