Always a great experience
I’ve been coming to this location for many years, and the service has always been stellar. The gentleman who is the host is a one of a kind man. He is always was nice and welcoming when u enter the establishment. He should have his own class on how to have the best customer service.
Overall, worst experience I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A in my life we went through the drive-through and had two separate orders. My friend ordered at the drive-through and I had a mobile order. We let them know, and we did about 10 minutes to get to the window. my friend was given her food right away. They said I had to wait for mine. All I got was a five count kids meal. We proceeded to wait another 20 minutes they told us that they never received it or they didn’t see it in time, and I have to go back around the drive-through, even though I had on my screen that they received the It is not my fault that they didn’t make it once we left and I canceled my order because I wasn’t waiting another 30 minutes I called the manager he did not fix the problem. He did not care about the problem and basically told me oh I’ll talk to my staff . WASTE OF MY TIME now I have to go to work with no food . Considering I worked for Chick-fil-A for almost 5 years, I’ve never experienced this terrible of service in my life I would never return to this chick fil a
