My entree was free but I paid for a drink. But they didn't give me any sauce nor did I get a survey. I live far away and was really looking forward to not having dry chicken. The cashier even read "chick fil a sauce" out as they handed me my order and yet no sauce in the bag shows the service here is lacking. It's not hard to read that and also put it in the bag. They usually do well so it feels like they didn't care since my total wasn't that big.
