I will never get stuck in that drive thru again. Thirty minutes and no way to exit the line. It’s not worth it for a sandwich.

OMG! Every time I go to this location they always mess up my order. Went her twice in a row and order completely wrong. Today I went closer to closing time and the sunjoy taste like water. I love this place and this is the only location that is near me.

Great food and customer service

Chicken biscuit was cold. Other chicken biscuit cold and did not have American cheese as ordered. Iced coffee was missing the sweetener. Hash browns half full. Took way longer than most other chick fil a’s.

Food was cold and moist in all the wrong ways. Fries were cold and hard. Seriously cold! My drink was a diet lemonade and had some sludgy pulp on top. I couldn’t drink it. It was just terrible. The mix was off or they scrapped the bottom of the drink machine. The top 2 inches of my cup was empty so maybe that’s what it was. I don’t know what was going on but it was a slow line (totally not like any chick fil a I’ve ever been to) the bun was damp and they failed to give me the extra pickles on the side as requested. The sandwich was so old that the breading was discolored on the chicken from the moisture. Simply a terrible disappointment. I’m sorry to say but I won’t be returning to this chick fil an even though it’s the closest to my home. Very disappointed!

Terrible drive through execution I have been in line for 20 minutes and counting still no one has taken order staff member came out and proceeded to car behind me without asking has my order been taken. Absolutely unacceptable.

Breakfast it was fast and great customer service
