This location is quickly becoming another typical fast food location that doesn't fit the Chick-fil-A brand standard. Simple things like order accuracy, customer service, owning their issues, and correcting bad customer experiences are a thing of the past. This isn't a one of situation, it's now happened to me in the store, drive thru, and now delivery orders that I've placed through the Chick-fil-A app. And eventhough I placed the order through the Chick-fil-A app, a Chick-fil-A employee incorrectly packaged my order, and didn't seal my bad I'm being told I need to contact Doordash for their error. Doordash didn't make this mistake. I sure hope the right person sees this review! Tried reporting the issue to Chick-fil-A Cares but they clearly didn't care when I called and referred me to Doordash. 3 out of my last 5 visits I've been missing something.
It was as good as any Chick-fil-a. Which to me means it’s top fast food quality. Fast. Friendly. Clean. Yummy.
