Chick-fil-A

I ordered from this location in the mall yesterday at 7:27pm a spicy chx / w cheese meal. They had the order done in like 2 min. I never saw anyone cook or prepare, my sandwich tasted like it had been there for a while, my fires were brown and cold , the whole meal tasted like it was in a heated warmer not fresh at all, and no cheese on my sandwich which i paid for. So so so disappointing! I have never experienced this at a chik fil a.

Messed the orders on two different days

This is the worst chick-fil-a I’ve been to as far as food service! The three times I’ve been to this location, my food has ALWAYS been cold. I’ve had breakfast twice and lunch one time. Today, I ordered French fries due to me not wanting to try anything else, and unfortunately they were old and cold! I really enjoy this franchise but for this particular location, I’ll never go back. Not even for water! Not to mention, their service is really slow. I don’t mind waiting for my food but at least let it be hot and fresh!

Ordered a salad at 11:40 am and it was not fresh. I got some old chicken it tasted like days old and it was cold. That has been an ongoing issue for this place.

They are always polite and courteous here.
