Love the food! Shame they were out of croissants. The sandwich bread was nowhere near as good.

I ordered the Fancy Nancy on a croissant. The croissant itself was hard on the bottom, which took away from the sandwich. The loaded potato soup had too much cheese and the potatoes were not fully cooked. I love Chicken Salad Chick but today was a horrible experience!

Staff was cussing & using the f-word to each other, knowing we were in the booth closest to the counter. They also said that the lemonade machine was very stinky (thank God we didn’t get lemonade). Very unpleasant and uncomfortable dinner for my husband and I. I’ve been to a couple CSCs and never experienced such unprofessional staff. Hayley and her female coworker should not be employed here. The male cook in the back didn’t say a word to them.

The food and service was great.
