Update: broccoli soup. The broccoli salad mixed into the broccoli soup . I'm down 121lbs 114 lbs down . Eating more and more at Chicken Salad Chick. So much better than my old alternatives. Update: well I just lost a dollar off my next meal the lady at the window accidentally ripped my code off. I like any discount I can when I enjoy being a repeat customer. The food was amazing. 5 stars. I asked for a togo menu which will help me when taking office orders. I will have to remember to ask for more than 1 next time. I was nervous about the cream cheese grape salad. Never have I heard of a grape salad like this before. I will order that again. The broccoli cheese soup could be a daily order but they don't offer that as a daily option. Did you know they sale it as a gallon .

Easy way to loss weight and eat out regularly *** I went back yesterday . I got Lauryn lemon basil and Fruity Fran. As long as the nutritional information is correct I will be able to continue to loss weight eating here daily. Next week I plan on posting my weight loss journey while eating here daily at the Smyrna, TN location ***I placed a alucart order. They put almost everything into 1 Togo container. That's not what I needed or how I asked for it. I guess they assumed everything was for me because I'm fat. I went inside because I wanted to ask if they would allow me to sample a few of the chicken salad's. I've never had chicken salad in my 56yrs on earth. They said sure. That was awesome because I never would have ordered the chicken salad without knowing if I would like it. Now they have added a extra daily customer. Win win‼️ The cookies are not good and I hate pickles and the smell of pickles. I will have to remember to tell them to leave that out and give it to someone else. I'm so happy about this healthier fast food option. Plus I told my coworkers about Chicken Salad Chick and they want me to start picking them up salads when I go. They don't have a CSC near them like I do.
