We have been to the Gadsden Alabama location a few times. Yesterday was the last time. The person taking our order didn’t make eye contact, not the first time that’s happened. Soup was served cold had to take it back up front. Got it back somewhat warm but not hot no apology. We both ended up with stomach cramps after eating there. Done. We will have to do the Anniston location in the future.

It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here I mean it's nothing that I couldn't do or couldn't live without. I mean it's good, but it's not somewhere that I'm thinking about

The food was terrific. The soda machines were out of order, but the staff kept the tea and lemonades going to serve customers.

It's a great place as long as they get enough chicken on your sandwich so that when you spread it out, it actually covers the bread.
