Chicken Salad Chick

I just came to this store because I was craving for the one of the dishes and left without my order because of the negligence of the employees in this location. I was the only costumer in the store and the gentleman behind the balcony had his AirPods on, chatting with someone a lady in the kitchen that seems to be the chef in the kitchen, they both saw me and no one greeted me or took my order. I was just standing there like part one of the columns of the building being completely ignored, while a third employee leaves the back door laughing now with the same lady that was in the kitchen area. They were all chatting and laughing so I didn’t want to bother them with my order and I left and I probably will not be back, at least not in this location.

Had the grossest experience at this location. My fiance found a legit earring in his sandwhich I will say the customer service after the incident was really good! The general manager did call us and offered us a refund.

Kind of a fast food place offering all sorts of chicken salad typically a Southern meal. We had salad in scoop, it was a good experience. Also you are allowed to sample before ordering.

Everyone is always so pleasant and nice at this location especially Milo. He is so professional and kind.

First time here at Chicken salad chick. The atmosphere here is very quaint and cute. Upon approaching the front to order the gentleman was on the phone the whole time while I was trying to order. I find it very difficult and rude to ask questions while someone is on the phone. I tried waiting for him patiently to finish , then proceed to ask questions about the chicken salads and the different varieties. He would not get off the phone at all and said he was talking to his boss while trying to talk to me. Service was not good. The experience was not superb. The food was good though. Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility.

Excellent food and service

I'm not sure what has happened. This used to be such a fun Saturday treat. The past visit, my husband and I were so sick after eating here. The staff is rude and the quality of food has majorly dropped off. Not to mention, they skimp on all the portions now. The chicken salad doesn't even cover the bread and the chips are about half of what they used to be. The macaroni was inedible. There used to be a crowd here on Saturday, but the place is bare.I don't know if they changed ownership, but they need to figure it out soon. Sadly, we will not be back.

I had a very lovely experience today with the smiling face of Malcom. He was such a nice and helpful guy and deserves a shout out. So many times, the bad apples get the "reviews" while the great employees are overlooked. Happy and cheerful service people deserve the recognition! Food is great too!!
