Nice clean place people friendly.

Very good. The menu is a bit confusing, however I asked a previous customer in line and she explained it. Even though it is not on the menu board you are able to order a la carte. Parking: Located in a large very busy shopping center.

Good food and good service and the atmosphere for dining is the best. The chicken salad is delicious!

I've been here plenty of times and always satisfied. I always get my order to go but the staff is always friendly, even when they do curbside. If you love chicken salad, this is the place for you. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp right outside the door.

The most aweful music. Most Chick Salad Chicks have soft Christian. This has the worst iffkry whinny stuff I have heard in a long time. Don't get me wrong I very much like Chicken Salad Chick, friendliness food, but the music at this location at that time, intolerable.

First time dining at Chicken Salad Chick but everyone is raving about the Grape Salad so I had to try. After perusing the menu because I don't eat chicken salad (sorry) I settled for the turkey club on toasted white and I got the trio-- sandwich, soup and salad. Also comes with a pickle spear and cookie. The sandwich was good and filling but that potato soup hit the spot. It is hearty enough to be eaten by itself...reminded me of my childhood and my momma's potato soup. Grape Salad was good too. Definitely worth stopping for. And don't forget the strawberry lemonade!! Excellent service, nice atmosphere and obviously a very popular spot cause it was busy. Parking: Parking was somewhat hard to find considering it's a shopping center and the parking lot has to accommodate 5 or 6 other stores too. It took me 10 minutes to find a parking spot.

I have been having food delivered once a week. Ordering the same chicken salad sandwich tonight. It came absolutely soggy and dripping. I can’t believe it. I have no idea what that’s about. It’s almost not edible. The entire container is full of mayonnaise juice.
