En una sola palabra es excelente en todo pero lo mejor es su servicio al cliente

I went there today and was told they no longer offer free water cups. I always have water with my meal, not soda. Very disappointed that I was forced to by a water bottle. Since they have come so cheap, this was my lat visit to chicken kitchen as there are many other options for food locally.

I always come to this chicken kitchen because of how nice they are but I think some of the new crew needs training. I was in line the other day and saw a lady, African-American, tall, with glasses, get annoyed at the person in front of me and throw their food away just to start remaking it after. Not only a waste of food but also a waste of my time and everyone else in the line. Maybe it is time to start looking at other locations.

THE STAFF WERE VERY RUDE TO ME. THE TABLES WERE VERY DIRTY. THERE WERE NAPKINS EVERYWHERE ON THE FLOOR. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS HORRIBLE. WHEN THE FOOD CAME OUT IT WAS ICE COLD THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND VERY BAD. I HOPE YOU GUYS GET SHUT DOWN.

There was this lady serving there. I asked for chicken skin, she said she added it (she clearly didn't) and told me she didn't want to chop my platains. There were platains available & ive had them chopped before. This use to be my goto chicken kitchen. Not anymore. She wanted to make me wait 10 minutes for the platains even though they had some that were already cooked
