Got wings and they were bad tried returning them and they said they couldn’t with a manager not there. Tried refusing that the chicken wasn’t spoiled even though it was.

I ordered a 2 pc meal and got 1 pc. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because it's good food ordered another 2 pc. Just called the store to ask the driver not to knock and they tell me it's a pick up order. Then why did I click 15% tip (2.46) for the driver??? Oh it s a tip ma'am it's for pick up. I'm no.excuse me I can't drive so I ordered delivery. So you're telling me if I hadn't called to tell the driver not to knock u would have not delivered and just kept my food and money as a tip???? I have the confirmation text on my phone stating you will deliver after 321. People wonder why restaraunts are going under? It's not covid, it's people being fed up with being ripped off !!!!!!!

My wife went there this afternoon through the drive thru chicken was dry no recipt to complain 2nd time this happened at this location never again at this location you pay 50.00 for good food get garbage not impressed I'll be complaining to head office about this situation they should staple the recipt to the bag...not happy

"Customers always right" doesn't apply to this store, went on friday an they clearly served old refried chicken. love how the manager tries to convince me "oh ur wrong we just cooked this" asked for the higher up number an got the "you can google that yourself" even crazier after this he wouldnt supply me with his first or last name, had to go instore an demand it. skip this location it went downhill after covid. i don't even want a credit i won't be going to this spot ever again, just sad how these locations aren't held accountable anymore.

It was meh! I have had better pizza from this location on other occasions. The fries and chicken were soggy, just kind of an all around poor experience. Especially considering the prices these days, i dropped $150 on this and it didnt feel like quality was there.

The person at the front is not happy to see you and makes you feel like you have interrupted whatever she's doing. 3rd visit same outcome!
