Highly recommend bubble tea lovers to try this place out. Heard about this bubble tea place since last year (2023) and been wanting to try it out. Today I bought the peach oolong tea series. AMAZING. My friend bought the milk tea and the tapioca was a bit pricy but worth getting for once in a while. Can’t wait to come back during the summer to sit in their cute patio.

Michelin star bubble tea?? Count me in! Sometimes I find myself going out of my way just to pick it up. Their taro ball is like no other. They are known for their dong ding milk tea, which was very good (the base of the tea is unique, with the milk - nicely creamy). We love their honey osmanthus oolong tea the most!

I never liked sweet but I do like their drinks!

Very uniquely flavored bubble tea. But Dong Ding bubble tea was very bland with milk. Worth the Michelin.

Drink Venturing in late at night, my friend and I were met with a bustling scene, testament to its viral fame and the allure of its so-called Michelin Star Drink. Despite the crowd and the hype, did the bubble tea measure up? While it didn't quite surpass our lofty expectations, it was close, making a strong impression as one of the finest bubble teas we've had. Notably less sweet than its counterparts, it offered a unique smoothness absent in others. The limited selection, a consequence of their meticulous preparation and specialized machinery, speaks to their commitment to quality over quantity. However, the packaging did not mirror the excellence of the beverage itself—a surprising oversight for an establishment of its reputed caliber. The lack of a secure seal on the drinks posed a risk for spills, detracting from the overall experience. Nonetheless, the bubble tea itself is a delight, one that beckons for a return visit despite minor flaws. Service The establishment operates with a well-orchestrated procedure, yet patience is required as we found ourselves waiting for about 20 minutes. Despite the wait, the staff displayed efficiency and professionalism, their hard work evident in managing the demands of a busy night. Ambiance The space, though crowded, made an effort to accommodate with outdoor seating—a necessary compromise given the popularity. What the venue lacks in spaciousness, it compensates with tasteful decorations and art that pay tribute to tea culture, blending traditional elements with modern design. The use of wood and contemporary decor creates a welcoming atmosphere, even amidst the hustle and bustle of its enthusiastic clientele.

Popped into Chicha San Chen for some bubble tea after dinner last Saturday night, and wow, was it buzzing in there! Despite the crowd, we managed to order a milk tea, and let me tell you, it was a game changer. The tapioca pearls were the perfect combo of chewy and sweet – seriously, some of the best I’ve had.The vibe of the place was on point too. Bright, clean, and just inviting. Made the whole bubble tea experience even better. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. If you’re a bubble tea fanatic or just in the mood to try something delicious, you’ve gotta check this place out. Highly recommend!

This came highly recommended if you like boba tea. My friend said it’s usually very busy but when we walked in it was kind of slow. We actually lucked out because after we paid for our drinks, there was a sudden rush of people that walked in. This is more of a grab and go kind of place. There is an area outside of the place where you can chill and enjoy your drink. If not, there are parks around. We got the peach series with mousse and taro queen. Less ice and less sugar. I enjoyed the taste of both. The boba pieces in the taro queen were fresh and chewy. Both drinks were smooth in texture. They were delicious but not overly sweet. I recommend coming at non peak times.
