Scratch-made fresh and nasty fried chicken and sides! I ordered the mild, which left a little more to be desired in terms of heat, but it was still excellent! Would go back and tried the hotter versions next time.
We tried the fried chicken, chicken sandwich and fried dill pickle. The sandwich was ok, the chicken was a bit oily and not spicy enough.
The Hot/Honey Sando will not disappoint! Waffle fries and slaw rounded out the perfect meal! This place is a must!
Was really expecting better. Coleslaw was soggy and shallow. None of it transports well, be sure to eat in, or at least vent the boxes. The chicken is good don’t get me wrong, but it hardly lives up to the hype. If the meal cost half as much and was twice as good, I’d be writing a different review.
Saw this all over Instagram and I just had to try it. To be honest, I was underwhelmed. Pros: Chicken for the OG was cooked to perfection! Super juicy, and although the sandwich came with bread instead of a bun, it made the overall meal very light, which prioritised the chicken. Their Cajun waffle fries were the best seasoned waffle fries I've ever had. Cons: the sandwich wasn't filling but it did the job. The spice level at this place is very low, I expected it to have more. The seasoning for the chicken wasn't strong enough to feel like a Nashville sandwich. The interior of the restaurant is very small, the tables are close together and it feels like a crammed old school diner Parking: On a busy Saturday night, the street was packed with parked cars, you may find a spot within a 2 minute walk
Probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in the city. The cajun waffle fries are amazing too!
Best fried chicken in Toronto. The staff are very friendly and the vibes are IMMACULATE. I'll definitely come back.
Cute diner-feel, cozy and simple. The food is what you're going for and it's absolutely delicious! Simple, to the point menu. Great staff, chill and friendly. No frills. Just straight delicious chicken! Order ahead!!
