Chicago’s fish & chicken

Customer service is bad , he asked me my order 3 times , I got my food & the order was still wrong , i waited for a hour for my food & it still was not right, i will not come back first impressions is everything at a restaurant or any food place , very inconvenient for me no longer will be a customer there .

the food is very nice mostly the fried chicken they're very crunchy and salty so good that my Lil sister made a whole song about it lol

As long as you get it fresh the food is good. Only had a problem with the catfish but I don't order it anymore. Chicken is their specialty so I'll stick with ordering that. Customer service was actually great the last few times I ordered. Parking: The parking lot is a pothole country. Should I say ditches.

The catfish & wing combo 10/10 hot & fresh and very delicious.
