What a wonderful find. A special place with delightful food, quirky delightful staff and a unique experience. Staff was very attentive and friendly and Paul just entertained us. Special experience. No menu, Paul just explains what he has made. Slow and steady and everything was very good. We hope to return.

Food was good but full of oil. I prefer flavor over grease any day.

The dining experience at Chez Paul was superb from start to finish. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, fit for an intimate dining experience. From the stuffed mushroom appetizer to the entrées of shrimp stuffed with lobster and crabmeat & filet mignon to desserts of creme brule & cheesecake and all the sample delicacies in between. Beyond delicious!! The staff were fantastic. Top notch service. Chef Paul came to each table several times with a keen sense of humor. The experience was topped off with Chef Paul bringing two long stem roses placed on a fancy pillow for myself and my sister/best friend. Absolutely the best fine dining experience I have had in Daytona Beach in the 13 years I have lived here. Bravo Chez Paul From a very satisfied customer. Jackie Rita 11/17/23
