We decided to bring the best of both worlds to the Edwardsville area under one roof. Fried Chicken and Authentic Ramen. Chew Doin hatched from our desire to combine our most loved lunch and dinner cuisine. We struggled to find them both in our area. Sure, we can go across the river and find some of the best of both worlds, most likely at two different restaurants.
