Would love to visit again

I ordered cookies online for Valentine’s Day for my wife I paid extra for expedited shipping. I ordered on the Feb 9 with delivery on the 12th of February. I’m waiting nothing shows up I call on the Valentine’s Day. The representative told me the item I ordered wasn’t available. I ordered plain buttercream cookies. Instead of calling me or email me they send me nothing. I don’t care about the cute package they came in send my wife her cookies. The rep I spoke with was nice she canceled my order and she was supposed to send me a coupon to my email I never got which is hilarious to me. Cheryl’s is lucky Crmbl cookies are trash because I wouldn’t buy anything from your store Luckily my wife is awesome and understands what happened.

Great tasting cookies. I love the packaging and they are so soft and moist. Great for gift giving!!

I had not been to Cheryl’s in a while and man have they shrunk the cookies!! They’re now about the size of those oatmeal cookies I buy at the dollar tree. Hard pass.

Ordered the Sugar Free Cookie Sampler and they were so delicious. My order came in great timing! Can’t find another place with such delicious “sugar free” cookies.

Got everything I wanted and needed

So I brought some cookies for my work unit 2020 since we had a Cheryl's in the hospital. Since I brought them I was about to get another 24 for a later date. Well Cheryl's closed in the hospital and life took over. Then early this year Cheryl's sent me an email to remind me. It was great that it just didn't get lost in the shuffle of things. Great customer service!

Reasonable price and various choices. The chocolate cookie is soft and medium sugar.
