Chello's Pizza is an exceptional pizza place that I highly recommend. Their food is delicious and the service is outstanding. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing their pizzas are, with a wide variety of toppings to choose from. The crust is perfectly crispy, while the cheese and sauce blend together harmoniously, creating a heavenly taste. The staff at Chello's Pizza is friendly and attentive, always ensuring that customers have a pleasant dining experience. Whether you are dining in or getting delivery, their prompt service guarantees that your food arrives hot and fresh. If you are a pizza lover like me, Chello's Pizza is definitely the place to satisfy your cravings.

They use canned chicken on your pizza. It was the driest pizza I’ve ever had. Wasn’t good at all

I never knew Brazilian pizza would be so different and so satisfying in comparison to the usual pizza places I have been eyeing this location for several months, but it is nowhere near my house, so I needed a good excuse to stop in. My wife was out of town, so we had a boys night (my son and son-in-law) for the Friday night all you can eat buffet. I can tell you we really enjoyed ourselves both the wonderful service and unique brand of pizzas that Chello’s serves. We did make one rookie mistake, and that was we actually tried the buffet. Take my advice don’t go near the buffet, but get the buffet dinner. Because with the buffet dinner, they bring around pizzas for you to try, almost as if you were a Brazilian steakhouse (which is what it felt like). I can tell you the pizzas they brought out, we’re outstanding and if they didn’t have a pizza for you to try, they were glad to go back and do one so that everybody got to try it. But enough about our mistakes what you really want to know, is about the food; Caprese salad – it was on the buffet, but it was really good. Caesar salad – it was also on the buffet, but it was also really good. Cheeseballs – exactly as it sounds, really good. Pizza balls – kind of like pigs in a blanket, not really my thing. Lasagna – my least favorite thing I tried. I thought it was oversalted and under sauced. Brazilian meat pizza – Brazilian sausages, sliced up on Brazilian pizza, fantastic. Bacon and turkey pizza – another really good pizza Chicken Alfredo pizza – OK it’s not what it’s called but that’s what it taste like, small bites of chicken with a cream sauce was really delightful. Coconut pineapple pizza – one of the dessert pizzas in the coconut and pineapple were served on a cheesy crust of the offputting, but it was really good. Nutella and strawberry pizza – call me, Bessie, the cow, but this was pretty amazing. Luckily I filled up on the buffet so I couldn’t eat 10 pieces of these only had one, but it was good enough to have 10. Churro pizza – to me, this tasted like cinnamon, cinnamon toast, but again served over cheese, which for me, took away from it a little bit but I’m sure that’s the Brazilian way, and we were here to eat Brazilian pizza. The woman who brought out the pizzas to us, would bring out fresh pizza and then go from table to table to see if anybody wanted a slice she was phenomenal. What wasn’t phenomenal is that we couldn’t get refills on water, lemonade, soda, or anything even after asking two and three times, it didn’t take away from the experience because we really love the food, but it would be nice to be able to have your beverages reasonably filled up every now and then. Explain the different nights, have different specials, including a brunch on Sundays. That sounds much more traditional Brazilian food. Do yourself a favor and give this spot a try Parking: Parking was easy, we had several places right up front to choose from

We were hopeful that this would be a good place to have a night out with the family. Being it was a Friday night, it was a buffet. One of my sons and I didn’t want pizza and wanted to order off the regular dinner menu, but was told we couldn’t order off the “dinner” menu (we wanted chicken stroganoff and chicken parm). We were able to order steak and fries off the pizza menu, so we did. We ordered the picanha cooked medium and it came out overcooked and dry. My husband and other son did the buffet/all you can eat pizza. The food on the buffet looked old and and was cold, so they stuck with the pizza. The pasta looked very dry and the lasagna looked like it had been sitting out for a while. There wasn’t much else out but the pasta and salad bar. It just didn’t look very appetizing. They got their first slice of pizza after sitting there for 20 minutes….and the 2nd slice about 25 minutes after that. After we mentioned that, the pizza came out a little more frequent. I ordered a sfiha (sp?), and it was good but took about 40 minutes to get it. I had to remind the server that I had ordered it. Then we get the bill, and it was $151 (table of 4, mind you), and included on there was an 18% service fee for large party (4 is considered large??) and then collecting separately for a tip. I was waiting for someone to come around so I could ask, but we had to get going and couldn’t wait any longer. I just paid it from Scanning my phone on the scan thing on the receipt. Most places that have charged a “service fee”, do not consider it a tip, and if they are a tip, they are normally charged for parities Of 6 or more. So, they got an 18% svc fee and a 20% tip. Someone finally came around AFTER I paid the bill and I asked them and they said the Svc Fee of 18% was considered a tip and a large party was 5 or more and then back tracked when he saw there were only 4 of us and said 4 is considered large. I think if a table has what they consider to be a “Large Party”, it should be explained to them that there will be an 18% Svc fee charged as a TIP so the customer isn’t left wondering if the tip and svc fee are separate. I know the servers work on tips and even though it was on “ok” experience, I wanted to make sure they got a tip. We left underwhelmed — hopefully it was just an “off” night.
