Kiki is the best server ever. I come often and she’s always such an awesome server and just overall person. The vibes are always 10/10 at Chela’s just like the food and especially the drinks. I love that they always have specials so they cater to everyone. Definitely recommend coming here if you haven’t already.

I have been here quite a few times however, about a month ago I went and sat indoors, and my friend told me to look back and there was a cockroach on the wall. It was the most disgusting thing that I had seen. I spoke to the manager, and he took everything off my bill and apologized. I just wanted to leave since I was so disgusted. I decided not to post anything that day because I just felt bad and the manager was very apologetic. However, yesterday I went again and I was sitting outdoors and I hear a scream coming from a few tables in front of me. I thought it was some teenagers having fun. A few minutes after, I see huge rat literally on our feet ant the table and clearly the people I was with starts screaming too. The rat just went right in the front door of the restaurant and stayed still. Three or four waiters came outside to try to get the rat out and the rat hid underneath a blue vase they have right in the entrance. I’m not sure if they ever got the rat or the rat went inside of the restaurant because we just left. Gross.
