Chefs of the Caribbean

Today May 15, 2023. I ordered their special. Jerk chicken, peas and rice w fried plantains. I bit into the chicken which was cold. Apparently was served from the refrigerator and didn’t warm up properly. On top of that I found blood in the chicken. I took my concerns to the server and he just started at me. I asked for the cook but no cook was there so talk to. I was served old cold uncooked chicken. Never again. Vegetarian options: Cold food Dietary restrictions: Uncooked chicken

Definitely not jerk chicken was being sold at this location. I did pay for jerk but this has to be a joke the rice was dry. They provided no sauce to pour onto your chicken. At least give me jerk sauce.

We were happy to see a Caribbean for choice in the Miami Airport which we got with Chefs of the Caribbean. While the beverage choices looked limited as well as the food choices, we were happy with the Jamaican patties. There were about 4-5 choices and they were warm. They were tasty, but they could have had better spicing. Right next to Half Moon Empanadas so easy to find seating at a nearby gate.
