Chefs Kitchen | Delivery Only Restaurant

Have eaten here many times, and food is delicious, but I have ordered twice off of doordash and have not received the food. When trying to get a refund from doordash, I was informed that this restaurant delivers its own food. Tried to call, but there was no answer!

The place was closed down when we got there.

The customer service sucks. Especially for people trying to take out food, the guy who picked the phone up sounded very low in tone and seem lost, I simply asked “Can I place an order for pick up?”, I’m assuming he was going to say yes and could pay over the phone but he said “no” deliveries only. I then asked okay I’ll go there physically and buy the food then. He said delivery only. Smh

The food was cold after waiting over a hour for my food,and there was a roach in my crab cake and the manager did nothing to pay me back for the horrible experience

Amazing food!!

They gave me 5 raviolis, a salmon, lobster tail for $60. Not to mention the delivery driver seen me downstairs and walked right past me as if she was avoiding me on purpose, and if I had seen a bag I would've stopped her.
