Possibly the closest thing to a real HK yum cha house. Almost all the dishes that we tried were exactly as you would expect in Hong Kong. The only exceptions were the malagao (which, in my opinion, is better here than any I've eaten in HK) and the 'satay' style dishes (tripe, chicken feet) which lack a little flavor here compared to HK. The other thing that's different is the price. This place is more expensive than HK. I'd definitely visit again.
Another good dim sum restaurant here in Vancouver, I really love their molten custard egg bun. One of the best custard egg bun served in Richmond for sure. Additionally, their beef chow fun, chicken feet, and braised beef stomach (reticulum) were all spot on. The cold black truffle chicken dish was another dish that deserves a honourable mention.
