Chef On Call

Family of 4 ate here. Over $100 for 4 basic greasy meals. Very expensive and should offer kids sized meals. Kid-friendliness: No kids menu….only overpriced meals for kids.

Pour être franche et directe: c ok. C'est bon pcq j'ai choisi ce qui me plaît comme garnitures: mayo oignons grillés champignons grillés, pas de moutarde, pas de ketchup. J'ai demandé de ne pas mettre de sel additionel. Je ne crois pas qu'ils ont suivi cette demande, parceque c'est VRAIMENT salé... comme ils n'offrent pas le fromage suisse comme option (?) Je l'ai ajouté moi-même. Ceci dit le burger est gros, goùteux et juteux, mais beaucoup trop salé, et je ne suis pas convaicue que ce soit 100% boeuf. La texture me rapelle celle du végéburger, ce qui pourrait aussi expliquer pourquoi c'est aussi salé. C'est là où ils perdent toutes leurs étoiles.

Their burgers are the biggest ones in Montreal, and worth it. I love their chicken tenders and curly fries. Vegetarian options: They have options to replace the meat with their soy-based pattie on any burger.

Worst service, made mistake with my food. And when I got it, it wasn’t fresh. Much prefer Alto’s across the street.

I ordered a "pick up one get one free chicken burger " promotion via Uber Eats from Chef on Call. Despite the promotion, only one sandwich was provided upon pickup. When addressed, staff mentioned Uber Eats lag and mentioned a delay. The guy was rude. Conclusion: The failure to honor the promotion and discriminatory comments require immediate attention from management

I just ordered on uber and the whole order was wrong, ( but my receipt was on it with the right order) that's too bad I was excited to get the good burger and curly fries I got a couple years ago but Instead I received cold fries and a beat up hot dog, I don't think I'll order again.
