Chef Chu Fine Chinese Food

I don't know if there are new owners or what's happening but our food last night was horrible. We haven't ordered from them in a while but there was a huge difference. I ordered the jalapeno chicken with no bell peppers (see photos). I started to put my rice in when I realized how very little chicken there was (which you can see in the second picture once I separated all the onions & jalapenos out). Not to mention this meal use to come with an egg roll, now apparently it doesn't or either the forgot to add the two extra egg rolls we ordered. We did not get the orange sauce that I asked for. The Crab Rangoon was OK, the soup was OK, however, and most importantly, the chicken jalapeno didn't taste the same, it didn't have that dark deep rich flavor (also apparent in the picture I believe). Their service has always been good but I'm extremely disappointed in the food. Oh and the rice was dry.

New onwer change after good

I wanted to hangout in Carrollton for the New Year. I hate going to Carrollton for Chinese food. Or and food. It's so stupid expensive. I live in Garland where it's way cheaper. . I ordered orange chicken and 2 spring rolls. It was 15$. And forgot to cook the spring rolls. You get less amount also, I usually have leftovers. I can go to a all you can eat , for the same amount. So about that they weigh the food. Ughs. I didn't want to go to Garland and come back. NEVER go here. , Please never go here. Thye charged extra for fried rice. Only option with meat is brown and white rice. Extra for Fries rice. Seriously. The picture has fried rice but extra 1 dollar. For vegetables in rice. They gave me 2 extra spring rolls for the wait. Not happy

I love that the service is fast however the food no matter what you get is dry and you never get enough of the chips that you need to eat with your soup.
