Cheeseburger Bobby's

With Whataburger opening, Five Guys not far away, and Moxie Burger not far from my house, combined with very iffy service and unpredictable hours, Cheeseburger Bobby's is a non-starter for me. I'll go elsewhere from now on....and it may not matter much longer, as I don't really expect this location to be able to remain open. I am astonished how much this restaurant has fallen since Spring 2022.....if they make it to Spring 2023, I'll be amazed.

one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at. Fries tasted like wet potatoes. Soda drink like medicine. Caramel custard tasted like vanilla. Servers made everything feel rushed. Only good thing was chicken tenders.

Good food and service despite being short staffed. Also looking forward to the repair of the ice cream/sundae machine by springtime?

Something is going on at this location. The food was fine, about what was expected. The order wasn’t accurate, but they fixed it. The outside sign turned off at 8:13, effectively telling the public that they were closed. But we went in because the door said they were open until 9. (The website says 10.) They explained that they were closing, so they’d be giving us our food in take out styrofoam containers, but we were free to stay and eat in. Starting at 8:34, they began to turn away customers that came in saying they were no longer taking orders. At 8:43 they locked the doors. Overall, everything seemed very unprofessional and the staff began mopping and taking out trash while we were still eating. We left around 8:50. We’ve never felt less welcome at a public restaurant. Like I said, the food was fine…just don’t come anytime within 2 hours of closing.

If I could give negative stars I would. My sons baseball team went here today after games and had a horrible experience. We had an 1.5hr wait to for food cause they were slammed and had little help, food came out way over cooked but the WORST part, was a cook NOT using GLOVES. She was digging in the fries, THEN pulled some white cream out of her pocket and USED A BARE HAND TO APPLY IT TO HER LIP!!!! She Didn't bother wash hands either and continued to work. And was vaping in the back too
