Overall, cheers has amazing food and a great atmosphere. Good entertainment and my husband and I also love the option to select our own music on the jukebox. However my only complaint, is some of the service we have received. It is upsetting that sometimes we come in and see who is working and we’re excited to have a good night, and be entertained. Other times we walk into the building, see the staff on the phone or sitting down and know that it will be rough. 9/10 times, if we see the wrong person/people working, we make the choice to go elsewhere. It’s very upsetting that it has to be this way as we love cheers but we come out for the environment and the attentive service. We have our favorite server(s),service review would be 1 star, if it wasn’t for Susan, Jamey and another brown haired shorter women(we’re sorry we don’t remember her name.) Although we should never feel the need to leave when certain staff is working. Please remedy this issue.

Atmosphere and staff is good. The food is good as far as bar food goes.

Edit: 1/10/24... super great to be able to have a conversation with an owner that understands and wants to keep her patrons comeing back. Food is still great, Bar tender girl are awesome as always! New Review as of 12/15/23.... must have got a new cook... I've been a couple times lately for quick lunch or Togo and have had to asked for "well done" chicken strips... makes me sick to my stomach when they are still gooey batter on them, and when they are Togo I don't check them before I leave ‍♂️ The girls behind the bar lately have been fantastic, very attentive and on point... just wish the food was back the way it was ‍♂️ not sure what happened... the cook was the main reason I would stop when in town.
