Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Not a place to go. We was seated quickly, but no one came a took our order. Once we flagged someone down, she reluctantly took our beverage order. I order a unsweetened tea, and my wife a beverage from the bar and a water. We never received our bar order. We placed our food order, which surprisingly came out pretty quickly. My wife ordered the ribeye. Med rare. It came out well. It even had the "WELL" indicator toothpick on it. We then never seen our server untill invite the "Call Server" but on the digital keaosk. I asked to pay, as the digital keaosk would not work. We had a gift card to use, this seemed to be a bit to much to ask for our server to use. After 28mins (yes) I timed. And hitting the call button 4 time she finally brought us our receipt. Then, I proceeded to stand there unstill I had signed the receipt and factoring in her tip. I thought it was very rude. All in All, not a place I'll be recommending anytime soon.

Jeremy was our server on Tuesday night, he was absol Amazing. He was very attentive to us and all his other tables, usually we have to ask for refills but he had them out before we notice we needed them. Will definitely be going back just for his service.

Left took to long to be serviced at the bar during lunch time.

India was a superb server. Food was delicious, my medium steak was tender, and no steak sauce needed. Kudos to bartender - Lemondrop best I've had in any restaurant!

Well, plastic wear to cut steaks with, steak was tough, service was less than good. The Hostess had an angry face and seemed mad about doing her job. It took us over an hour to get our drinks from the bar! And the bathrooms were disgusting!
