Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

I did curbside pickup one of my kids plates the chicken had a half done texture to the meat and the broccoli wasn't done either but all the other food I got was perfect and Done the customer service was good the only thing was the wait time.

Got the Philly Togo it's so good definitely recommend

Haven't been to Cheddars in awhile. Honestly not much has changed. Food is still good as always, and portions are large. But what I want to tell management and everyone about is the service. We had Christa and she was fantastic!! She was a delight and went above and beyond. She should train all new servers in customer service. Will be back and hope to be lucky enough to get Christa again.

The food was cold and took 15 minutes to bring the food just to be cold. Rude customer service!

Good food, good waitress and we got a lot for our money! Of course we ate at 2:30 p.m. and it was not busy

Food & service were good. There was a moldy smell in the dining area, as if the carpet had been wet & never dried out.
