Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Robin the manger was so amazing!!! Everytime I come to cheddars she’s always so professional and personable. She always make sure we are taken care of and speak. Gabby the host is always amazing so bubbly and welcoming. And we had Deja as our waitress, she was so polite and so great. We had the baby and she just made sure we were taken care of.

When we were seated, we got our order taken fairly quickly, and our food came out fairly quickly...but that was it for speed. It took nearly 10 minutes after we'd asked for refills on the tea we were drinking to get any refills along with the napkins we'd asked for. We never even got any of the croissants they usually give at the start, and yet we saw other tables beside ours whose guests got croissants at the start. A burger I had ordered was supposed to be well done, but there was still some pink in the meat - even AFTER it had been sent back to be "warmed up." Cheddar's used to be a nice place to dine in. Unfortunately, it may be a while before we come back; even longer before I order another burger from them.

3/16/2024. Around 3/4 p.m. Horrible. Joined the wait list. I was told 10 to 12 minutes ...47 minutes later, we walked into a half empty restaurant. Floors covered in debris greasy stink dishes hidden by a flower pot. The food was prepared wrong, so we sent it back but they never fixed it on the ticket. We requested a manager from 3 different employees. One never came. The only reason we paid the 90 dollar bill was cause if we left without paying, it would have been a different outcome. We couldn't even get a receipt. Again, the restaurant had empty tables everywhere. Drove 45 minutes to be highly disappointed. Party of 4 not that it will hurt sales but we won't return. Corporate, I want a full refund.

Food was very good, service could have been a bit better. Staff would walk right by trash on the floor and tables around us were not cleaned the entire time we were there. One meal was brought out with the side being served 12 minutes later.

The hot fresh croissant are so delicious OMG they will make you want to continue eating them instead of your food. Great Food!!
