The food looked strange and overcooked. The Caesar salad didn’t have much of a taste. Ended up being Ill, I think it was from the Caesar. We will not be going there again ever in this location or any other locations.
Honestly the experience at cheddars tonight was exceptionally bad. When we were seated, the table next to us was in the middle of what felt like was a battle with management over their food being cold. Oh well, it happens just fix it and move on. The night started great with some delicious honey butter croissants. My boyfriend ordered the chicken fried steak. They brought it to the table and then told him they were out of the white gravy. They did not offer another entree. In his meal he ordered the carrots! Great flavor! But they were cold. Then, half of his entree was just breading. I ordered the New Orlean’s pasta. Among receipt I could immediately tell that something was wrong with my favorite dish. The sauce was not creamy and seemed to be watered down. Next, the shrimp was overcooked— yet served cold. The chicken in the dish was tough, chewy, and dry(my favorite combination) when I brought this concern to my server, she was very sorry and offered a remake/ another entree. I decided to have the chicken tenders. When they were being put in, the manager proceeded to come to our table. Great! But when I tell her my concerns she proceeded to look at me and the dish and was very adamant in her stance that the pasta did not come with chicken. At that point, we were made to feel more as an inconvenience when in reality we didn’t make a scene, call for the manager, or demand money off our tab. At the end of the night, I decided to use the restroom, the sticky wet restroom. When the same manager comes in after me, does their business and leaves without washing their hands. Don’t go to this cheddars, they’re just not the one— go to a different one, that cares about the quality of their food.
My wife's food was spoiled. We told the waitress and she went and got the manager. She went back to the kitchen and came back and said it wasn't the fish it was the gravey and offered to take it off the bill. Instead of taking the spoiled food away, they left it on the table the whole time we were there
