The ribs was a little bit burned

My experience today.. My dad is a Master first stg retired.. he wanted to try this spot with my mom.. we spent 70 plus dollars.. I ordered broccoli casserole.. fried fish.. french fries.. my mom and dad ordered steak with sides.. our waiter was nice.. broccoli casserole was good.. but it was such a a bad experience with everything else. My fish came back raw.. cold fries.. they replaced my meal with shrimp which wasn't devained fully.. my dad steak was hard and tough. My mom streak she said was bland.. we felt totally like we wasted our money.

The fries were cold and the table a ziosk were very dirty. I told the manager and she gave me a discount but it was a very disappointing experience. This was my n Augusta GA

The server wasn't attentive enough ordered frozen drinks wasn't frozen at all tables in bar area need to be kept cleaned at all times since it's a first come basis staff needs not to cultivate in area where guess are dining we can here the inappropriate conversations the younger Bartender was excellent I watched her do tables fix drinks and went and got food for her customers I almost offered her a Job

The restaurant was dirty. I sat for hours without tables being busted and the bar had dirty plates on it. It didn't get cleaned until the bartenders switched shifts. There was a smell coming from behind the bar. The coolers were left open. The vegetables were not seasoned. The salmon was cooked perfectly, thanks to the chef.
