This is the worst checkers I’ve ever went to. Horrible and slow service. There was only one worker there and he was getting everyone’s order wrong and made them turn right back around in the line. I can’t believe I waited a whole hour just for some burgers and fries that should’ve been done in less than 10 minutes. Corporate needs to reevaluate their employees.
Order food around 430pm. Food was cold and reheated. Fries were old and reheated in old oil. They tasted nothing like they should and instead tasted like brunt old oil.
The service here is very poor. I blame the lack of a good manager. The workers are extremely UNFRIENDLY! RUDE, and do a wonderful job at ignoring the customers.
They need to go ahead and shut like all the others. Quality is TRASH. Absolute trash. Never order through UberEats or DoorDash. Go in person so you can get them right in person, they will insult you using delivery service.
This shouldn’t even get a star for how unprofessional and disrespectful the managers are that work here . I placed a mobile order on the app for my kids to eat and I pulled up to the window to pick it up and the manager tells me she can’t give me my food because they don’t sell the “meal duo” anymore mind you it’s still on there app to order so why don’t you guys sell it anymore ??? It makes no sense . But I asked if she can just give me something else for it or if she can just still give me my stuff that I payed for and she repeatedly says no she can’t because they don’t sell it . I asked if she can do anything else but she shuts the window and another manager comes and he just looks under the influence of something but he was very rude and told us they can’t help us and kept shutting the window on my face . This was my last 20$ that I used to get my boys food for the night . I had to call and cancel my order and now I have to wait 3-7 days for my money back it’s ridiculous thanks though my boys couldn’t eat because your workers were just unprofessional and disrespectful. This place should be shut down
Need to be under review with the CEO again!!! Need everybody to be retrain or firing the current management and hiring ppl that actually know how to do their job and care for food and customer service. The general manager is there while the employees are disrespecting the customer and practicing bad food safety On top of paying customer that deal with food and literally get talk about in their face when we tell you the food is wrong or cold Stay away from here ppl
