If you don't order through the automated system they make you go to the walk up window. They refuse to take your order through the drive thru. Told them I'm pregnant and still refused my order through the drive thru.

Waited for 20 minutes for a order and they closed the drive through and window at 2:30 in the afternoon and never gave us the order. And no one answered when called.
