Bad attitudes, poor service, stale food

Perfect fries all the time.

If you're like me and you don't like to go to drive through everywhere you like to sometimes come up to the window, just know that if you do that here they're going to deny you service and tell you to drive through

On tonight at 2 AM I received Piss poor customer service!!! The manager refuse to say her name for my review!!!! She’s awful and deserves nooooo place in management!!!! Your shift leader on today’s date, which is 01/02/ 24 @ 2 am was THE WORST!! It’s noooo way you see these reviews and don’t care. This has been my 3rd time trying to patronize you all and every time was awful!! Improve your business!! It’s 2024

I went to the establishment around 1 ish and they had the automatic system up taking our order in drive thru ... we had two separate orders that we didn't get to place because of the system we backed up to place the 2nd order because again the system didn't give us a chance to take the orde ... and when we pulled up to the window to tell the manager on duty the issue the Manger got into a back and forth about the placement of the orders the manager refused our service because she stated the system was down and when we tried to get Manger name and corporate number Manger told employee to close the window ... I didn't appreciate the customer service at all

I will say...it could have been better.

The East Point location always run out of something. The issue I have is they don't tell you until after you have paid. OMG. That's so wrong.
