worst customer service cashier lady is rude zero knowledge of customer service never going back again

I ordered a super quesadilla and (2) super burritos here around 12:45pm on 3/1/24. The cheese inside the quesadilla was cold, not melted. The tortillas the burritos were wrapped in were uncooked as well. I reached out to the manager on duty (Jessica) and requested a refund. She denied my refund and told me I had to contact ChowNow for the refund since she was not authorized to issue it. Well, after contacting ChowNow, they called the store and confirmed with me that (Jessica) refused to authorize the refund so they were unable to help me. The issue here is the complete lack of customer service and mediocre food that is being sold to customers. Won't catch me ever shopping here again. This is obviously not a place that appreciates its customers.

Have got to say I love the hot food here. It's fresh, a bit pricey but taste great. I love the carne asada, the tortas, pan (Mexican bread), and horchata. All delicious. Great place to go if your craving Mexican food.

Good selection. Careful with your card... As I reached for my wallet I was handed my receipt. The card reader can read your card from your pocket.

On a bike? You are not welcome here. No bicycle rack and nothing else even to lock a bike to. Found a bike area on the side but when I tried to park there an employee came and told me no, it's for employees only. I asked where a customer can park a bike and she just shrugged me off. So I asked if I have to go to another store, and was flatly told, "Yes." She literally told me to go shop at another store. Chavez, you lost a long time customer today. I'm sure Guadalajara Market - with their ample bike racks - appreciates it.

Meat selection is great, produce is usually very nice compared to most stores in my area. A little overpriced on some things, but overall have what I need!
