Chavez Mexican Restaurante

This was 1st visit, our waitstaff, Maria, was very friendly, polite and patient, food was good, service was quick without feeling rushed, portions were ample, Horchata was delicioso! Despite being full and bringing half our dinners home, we just had to take home a slice of the tre leche cake for desert. Will definitely be back Vegetarian options: We are not true vegans, simply avoiding meat at our visit, our selections were very tasty, but l m not confident l could speak for true vegans.

Food was great. The servers were friendly and professional. Great atmosphere.

..Go to Taco Bell if you're in a hurry, but if you want authentic Mexican food you want to come out to Chavez Mexican Restaurant.. It's the real thing.While you're there have a Margarita. The service is excellent, the food is the best and the employees are the friendliest you'll see anywhere. ...trust me , you won't be disappointed. Good job Jose !!! I should note the name change. It's now the New Fire Grill , only in Spanish.

Great food. Large portions. Enough to split or bring home for a second meal. Great cocktail, they're super sized.

We googled for a Mexican Restaurant and Chavez’s came up. We came from a beautiful courthouse wedding and the bride decided she want Mexican food. We had to be so impressed as first I had asked for 5 slices of cake and it was delicious. Get dessert as it was that great. We all ordered and they had give us the chips and salsa as we waited. Staff also helped with taking pictures. We can’t thank Maria Alejandra enough as she was amazing with service and we plan on coming back. I live in Las Vegas and we plan on eat here for their 1 yr anniversary. Las Vegas has many 5 Star restaurants but this one was better.

One we walked in to be seated. The host took us to the far back room. The server back there rolled her eyes when she was told we were being seated in her area. Secondly we ordered our food. Came out not even 5 minutes later. Had to send it back cuz the plate was not even hot and food was literally not even like warm. Thirdly we were never asked how our food was or refills. We had to wave who ever down. We get our food was chimichangas, but they were soggy burritos not even deep fried. Then ordered fried ice cream. That to was not crispy at all soggy. Wasn’t even eaten. Then we never got a check as we were cashing out the server ran up there and snatched the receipt out of my hand, because she didn’t have the bill right. She was rude and just the whole experience was bad. The portions are small. I never anywhere else can eat 2 chimichangas and the beans and rice. Still went home hungry. A kids meal at McDonald’s fills me up. Nice atmosphere relaxing but everything else horrible

Buena atención, deliciosa comida.

Had a grilled chicken with asparagus. The salad had a sweet vinaigrette with strawberries that was a pleasant change. All of the food was delicious!
