We source our specialty coffee from our family farm in El Salvador. Our farm has been producing specialty coffee in this region since the 1930's and we take great pride in our product. The farm is located on the skirts of the volcano El Chingo, which straddles the border of El Salvador and Guatemala. The rich volcanic soil and high altitude give our coffee its unique flavour profile unmatched by any others.
We grow a variety of beans, including red bourbon, yellow bourbon, pacas, and yellow catual. All our varieties are shade grown, without the use of pesticides or herbicides. Beans are hand-picked and processed at our family mill insuring superior handling and quality. After processing, our beans are set to dry on African raised beds or on the family patio. Our coffee truly is a labor of love and we hope that love shines through in every sip.
