I came to this Chat Time a few days ago and the workers were fast but they were giving my husband and I dirty looks and said we cannot have outside food even though we already placed an order at this location.. very terrible at least let me get my drink and leave they were so quick to kick us out. HOW RIDICULOUS…….

As a customer with pre-diabetes, I am exceptionally cautious about my dietary choices, particularly regarding the consumption of sugar. Recently, I ordered a milk tea explicitly requesting it to be prepared without sugar. To my dismay, upon tasting the drink, I discovered that it was sweet. Even my friends, who sampled the beverage, confirmed its sweetness. Upon approaching your staff to address the issue, I was informed that sugar is already added to your milk tea by default. This left me perplexed, as the very essence of providing customization options, such as specifying sugar preferences, seems futile if the default preparation includes sugar. This not only contradicts the purpose of inquiring about customers' sugar preferences but also results in an unsatisfactory experience for individuals like myself who actively monitor their sugar intake. In situations where a customer explicitly requests zero sugar in their drink, it is imperative that the staff communicates any inherent sweetness in the default preparation. This simple act of transparency can prevent misunderstandings and the subsequent waste of resources, such as the unfortunate disposal of an entire drink that did not align with my dietary needs. I believe in providing constructive feedback to improve customer experiences, and I hope you will consider reevaluating your approach to accommodate customers with specific dietary preferences. Enhancing communication and clarity in this regard would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive relationship between your establishment and customers.
