Great place to eat. The food was amazing.
the food was amazing but due to a limited menu wouldn’t recommend if you’re a picky eater
Terrific views from certain tables, solid food, and friendly staff.
Had to wait an extra 45 minutes after our reservation even though we showed up early. It was so hard to have a conversation because everyone seemed to be yelling. To top the night off, they sat us at a table on the low part and it started pouring water out of the light fixture onto us and our food. When the staff came over after they saw what happened, the guy said "yeah, we've had a leak there for a while". They did move us over a table but our main course was ruined and they didn't replace it, and they decided to comp our appetizers rather than the 2 meals that were ruined. Definitely won't be returning.
King Crab legs were cooked perfectly. Lava cake was delicious as usual. Mango Mojito was amazing, I had three. Prime rib was delicious . Our server, Megan was excellent .
Came down for a short visit with some friends today. The food was great. We went for happy hour and will definitely be back.
In the past having dinner at the Chart House is something special and a great experience. Unfortunately on Friday evening my family and I had a series of poor dining experiences. Service was poor overall. We had to ask for water to be refilled and dirty dishes were left for extended periods. Drinks took a long time to come out and our server rarely checked in. Normally the Caesar salad is really good, this time lacked flavor and seemed to have low quality croutons. I ordered the New York strip steak, medium. It came with mashed potatoes , seems like vegetables should also be included at this price point. At first it seemed fine, but as I got into the interior of the steak found that it was raw, not rare, raw. It was inedible. I had to wave down the server since he hadn’t checked in on us since the food being dropped off. He saw the raw steak and offered to have it cooked more or taken off the bill. At this point I didn’t even want it and asked for it to be taken off the bill. We received our bill, it hadn’t been removed and we had to ask for it to be taken off. We (a family of 4) ordered pretty conservatively and our bill still would have been about $275 if the steak had been left on. I know eating out had gone up in price a lot, but this is an expensive special night out for us compared to most dinners we have out. The whole experience was a big disappointment and what had been an annual winter family dinner at the Chart House made us feel as though we would need to find a different restaurant in the future. There should have been more compensation then a raw piece of meat being taken off of the bill. People go to this restaurant with high expectations. I’m not sure we will ever return.
Fui a cenar, la comida no es rica
